The full contractual terms travel with every confirmed offer. This page summarises the rules that shape a booking — no fine-print surprises.
Offer & option
A confirmed offer holds your dates as a free 7-day option. Until you confirm, nothing is owed and nothing is booked against you.
Payment
20 % deposit on confirmation; balance 10 days before the tour. Bookings made less than 10 days ahead are paid in full. Bank transfer in EUR; deposits by card (Stripe) — new clients pay deposits exclusively by Stripe. Full billing details are required at confirmation. Cash payment to the driver only by prior written agreement, up to the tour price and at most €5,000, always confirmed in writing.
Cancellation & changes
Cancelling more than 10 days before departure costs the deposit; 10 days or less — and no-shows — cost the full amount. Postponement counts as a cancellation plus a new booking, unless we manage to refill the dates. The fair version of all of this: tell us early and it costs you little.
The driver's day
The driver is at the group's disposal up to 12 hours per day when accommodated in the group's hotel, 11 hours with a separate hotel — first pick-up to last drop-off. Longer days only where the law allows it and by prior agreement with the driver, at €80 per started hour. Statutory rest always comes first. EU driving limits explained →
