Mercedes Sprinter (Cuby 519 CDI)
standard layout 19+1+1, extendable to 22+1+1 — luggage then travels in a trailer
SprinterHire runs its own fleet of Mercedes Sprinter minibuses with driver, seating 15 to 22 passengers plus driver and tour leader. Every vehicle is EURO 6, has a full leather interior, and is shorter than 7.8 metres — comfortably under the 8-metre threshold at which many European cities move a bus into a higher permit tier or ban it from the centre entirely.
City fee systems price by vehicle length. A Sprinter under 8 m pays €60 instead of €97.50 to enter Milan's Area C; €80 instead of €130+ per day in San Gimignano; €285 instead of €385 per day in Florence; in Rome it qualifies for the lower “up to 8 m” permit band. On the Amalfi Coast the length limits decide access itself: Positano permanently bans buses longer than 7.70 m — our most compact Sprinter fits under that limit — and Amalfi's BusPass is cheaper below 8 m. And where a 12-metre coach must stop at a checkpoint outside town, a Sprinter can often drop your group at the hotel door. City fees →

rear tables for clients; the most compact — tightest old-town access, and legal in Positano (under the 7.70 m ban)
Every vehicle is a EURO 6 Mercedes Sprinter under 7.8 metres with leather interior, seating 15 to 22 passengers plus driver and tour leader — the differences are in what each one is best at, from extra luggage room to Positano-legal compactness.
A group's luggage is the detail that breaks minibus tours planned on seat count alone. Our 16-seat configuration has seats deliberately removed to create genuine luggage room. The 22-seat configuration requires a luggage trailer — we tell you this at quoting time, not at pick-up.
Leather interiors, air conditioning, USB charging and comfortable touring seats across the fleet. One driver per tour — EU driving limits.
