You choose what's in the price — net, all-inclusive, or anything between
Every SprinterHire quote is configurable. Net (netto) is one end: vehicle, driver, fuel and road tolls — city fees, parking and the driver's hotel are listed but paid by you as they occur. All-inclusive is the other end: everything in one number. Between them, you simply tick what you want included — item by item, per quote. Chinese partners typically contract net; Indian partners typically want all-in; both, and everything between, come out of the same form.
Always included
- ✔Mercedes Sprinter (15–22 seats, EURO 6) with professional English-speaking driver
- ✔Fuel and road tolls for the whole itinerary
- ✔Positioning of the vehicle to your first pick-up and after your last drop-off — calculated per quote from where the vehicle actually is, shown transparently in the price
- ✔Itinerary check against EU bus driver legal limits
- ✔Third-party liability insurance (€5 million, Europe-wide)
What you can tick into the price
- City entry fees & permits (ZTL, coach taxes, terminal slots) — if not ticked: listed per route summary, you pay as they occur
- Driver's hotel (single room along the route) — else you arrange & pay
- Driver's meals (itemised at €15 per meal, so nothing surprises you) — else you pay on route
- Parking (day and overnight) — else you pay on route
Whatever you tick, the emailed number already contains it — and whatever you don't tick is still listed, so you know it exists before your group is standing next to the vehicle.
How much is a multi-day minibus tour with driver in Europe per day?
There is no honest flat answer: the price depends on distance, season, group size and above all the cities on the route — city permits alone range from €0 (Vienna, Munich) to over €300 per entry day (Venice, Rome). That is exactly why we built the instant quote: paste your itinerary and get the real number for your specific tour in minutes, instead of a per-day guess.
Tips: disclosed, never hidden
Tipping the driver is an industry standard on group tours in Europe: €2 per person per day, minimum €20 per day, paid in cash directly to the driver. We show it as a separate line in every quote — we don't hide it in the price and we don't pretend it doesn't exist.
Overtime and disposal hours
The driver is at your group's disposal up to 12 hours per day when accommodated in the group's hotel (11 hours with a separate hotel), counted from first pick-up to last drop-off. A longer day is possible only where the law allows it and by prior agreement with the driver, at €80 per started hour — statutory rest always comes first. Details in Terms; Itinerary check.
