The BusPass is a stopping permit, not a parking permit: the group is dropped at Flavio Gioia, the vehicle leaves, and returns for the pick-up. The coast road between Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi is narrow — a minibus under 8 m is the practical vehicle for this stretch, and it also keeps the fee at the lower tier. If the itinerary combines Amalfi with Positano, each town has its own pass; see the Positano page for its vehicle-size limit.
