What is included
Net: Mercedes Sprinter, professional English-speaking driver, fuel, road tolls and the drive to the start of the tour.
All-inclusive adds the driver's hotel and meals, parking, and every city permit, ZTL and coach fee on the route.
All-inclusive covers Milan Area C, Venice coach entry, the Florence ZTL bus permit, Pisa coach parking and two Rome permit days.
Italian city permits alone add roughly €2,000 to a tour like this — that is why net and all-inclusive differ so much.

FAQ
How much does a 9-day Milan to Rome tour by Sprinter with driver cost?
From €4,551 net (vehicle + driver) or from €8,335 all-inclusive for 10 passengers in low season. In peak season (April–June) €5,217 net or €9,000 all-inclusive. Prices are from our quoting engine, September 2026, for a new client.
What is the difference between net and all-inclusive?
Net covers the Mercedes Sprinter, the professional driver, fuel, tolls and the drive to the start. All-inclusive adds everything else the driver and vehicle need on tour: the driver’s hotel and meals, parking and every city permit, ZTL and coach fee on the route. No surprises after the tour.
Does the price change with the number of passengers?
Hardly — you pay for the vehicle, not per seat. The same Sprinter takes up to 19 passengers; the example is priced for 10.
Can we change the route or the number of days?
Yes. This is a typical itinerary, not a fixed package. Send your own programme and the engine prices it the same way, usually within minutes.
Why is the low-season price lower?
Peak months (April–June) carry a seasonal supplement. Low-season prices also assume booking well in advance, when the whole fleet is still available.
